NLRB Chairman: New Penalties Needed for Union-Busting of Undocumented Workers

NEW YORK CITY—National Labor Relations Board Chairman Mark Pearce says his agency could pursue new remedies to punish employers who retaliate against undocumented immigrants for organizing.
